Notifications

Stay on top of Issues, mentions, jobs, and other updates across your organization.

Threaded keeps your team moving by notifying you when something needs your attention. Every alert below arrives in the same Notifications feed. Job and agent updates use that feed too. They are not sent by email.

  • Issue assigned You have been assigned an Issue by a teammate
  • @mention Someone has mentioned you in a comment, review conversation, or Issue
  • Organization invite You have been added to a new organization
  • Job succeeded A job finished successfully
  • Job failed A job did not finish successfully
  • AI needs input An assistant or automated run is waiting on you
  • Report refresh done A report finished refreshing its data

Job succeeded, Job failed, AI needs input, and Report refresh done arrive only when a job or assistant your organization has set up sends them.

In the feed, a job or agent update is titled with the update’s title and the event, for example Nightly cache refresh · Job succeeded.

#Viewing Notifications

Notifications are accessible via the bell icon in the top right corner of the app. A red dot on the bell icon indicates you have unread notifications. Clicking the bell opens your notification feed, where you can see all recent notifications and mark them as read. When a notification includes a destination, clicking it opens the related comment, Issue, or organization. A job or agent update opens a page only when the sender included a link. Issue assignments, @mentions, and organization invites are also sent via email so you stay informed even when you’re not active in the app.

#In-App Alerts

While you are active in Threaded, a small banner will appear in the app when a new notification arrives, including an @mention, a new Issue assignment, or a job or agent update, so you don’t miss it while you’re working.

#Mobile and Desktop Notifications

If you have downloaded the Threaded mobile or desktop app, notifications are also delivered through your device’s native notification system, keeping you informed even when you’re not actively using the app.
