Manufacturing Is Hard
It’s a complex system of designs, parts, tools, processes, and people that has to stay in sync to deliver value to customers — all while continuously improving. It’s often trivialized — “the prototype is awesome, now just ramp production!” — but making it happen is incredibly difficult.
It’s typically done with a mess of spreadsheets, partial dashboards, hallway conversations, and a mountain of alignment meetings until someone finally screams “STOP CHANGING!!!” While partial stability results, innovation and flexibility stagnate, which is just another way to fail.
After building everything from EVs to running shoes, we believe there’s a better way. Change isn’t the problem — in fact it’s the only way to succeed — but effectively managing it and staying aligned through development, launch, and production is critical for success.
We’re building the platform to help you do so, and if this resonates with you, we’d love for you to join our Beta!
Change isn’t the
enemy — it’s the path.
But it’s still hard.
We’re working to fix it.
